• Georgie
  CEO - Executive Lead
  Georgie

  Georgie became a Director for The Brent Schools Partnership to support its strategic vision and enhance the positive impact of its services across the education community. Since then, she shifted over to lead the company. Grounded in strategic direction and school improvement work, Georgie supports school leaders to drive meaningful and sustainable change.

   

  Georgie is currently the Executive Headteacher at The Barham and Preston Park Federation serving two vibrant communities in Wembley, Brent. She is on an exciting journey with these two incredible teams as they innovate teaching and learning to fundamentally improve children's lives.

   

  Georgie is also an Ofsted Inspector and a recognised system leader who is passionate about developing future leaders, strengthening schools and creating collaborative networks that have a lasting impact. Her leadership style combines strategic thinking with warmth, energy and authenticity, bringing people together around a shared vision for brighter futures.

• Jay
  COO - Operations Lead
  Jay

  Jay is an experienced business leader who became part of the BSP leadership team to strengthen the operational systems and infrastructure that enables our schools and partnership to thrive. Grounded in operational excellence, Jay supports BSP to deliver efficient, effective and sustainable change. 

   

  Jay is currently the Federation Business Manager at The Barham and Preston Park Federation, serving two vibrant communities in Wembley, Brent. Working alongside school and executive leaders, she plays a vital role in ensuring that finance, HR, estates, compliance and operational systems run effectively to support high-quality teaching, learning and school improvement across both schools.

   

  Jay is recognised for a clam, solutions-focused leadership style and a strong commitment to collaboration, professionalism and continuous improvement. Passionate about creating strong foundations for schools to flourish, Jay works closely with leaders and teams to build systems, structures and partnerships that have a lasting and positive impact on children, staff and communities.

• Kieran
  APM - Associate Project Manager
  Kieran

  Kieran plays a key role in supporting the planning, coordination and delivery of meetings, partnerships and day-to-day operations. Known for his highly organised and proactive approach, he ensures projects, events and services are delivered efficiently and to a high standard. As a centre point of contact, Kieran helps foster positive relationships and ensures stakeholders receive a positive and professional experience.

   

  Working closely with the BSP leadership team, Kieran coordinates networks, events, communications and organisational systems that support schools across the partnership. His ability to manage multiple priorities, oversee processes and maintain effective communication contributes to the success of BSP. Through strong project coordination and attention to detail, he helps ensure schools and leaders receive high-quality support.

   

  Passionate about collaboration and continuous improvement, Kieran is dedicated to building strong partnerships and fostering connected and supportive communities. Through his work, he contributes to the ongoing growth, impact and success of BSP and its network of schools.

• Jayne Jardine
  Chair of Board, CEO of Rise Group Trust
  Jayne Jardine

  Jayne Jardine, is Headteacher of Manor School, and CEO at Brent Specalist Academy Trust . Jayne is an experienced Headteacher, for over 23 years in four schools; all outstanding. Jayne leads on supporting schools to become outstanding and leads on SEND review and SEND best practice. Jayne is also a speaker at national education conferences, and provides training and support in developing leadership skills.

• Jonathan Parry
  Headteacher - Uxendon Manor Primary School
  Jonathan Parry

  Jon has been the Headteacher of Uxendon Manor Primary School since 2009. As someone who was born, brought up and educated in Brent he is passionate about the local area and is committed to improving children's life chances and helping them reach their potential. Uxendon Manor has started an expansion that will see the school grow from two forms of entry to four forms of entry over the next five years. The school is the BSP's ‘Specialist Centre for Mathematics' and has a particularly strong track record in this area.

• Rob Fenton
  Executive Headteacher - The Wembley Schools Federation
  Rob Fenton

  Rob has worked in primary education since 1989. His career started in the North East of England and began working in Brent in 2006 as Head Teacher for Wembley Primary School.He now leads the Wembley Schools Federation which includes Wembley Primary School and Lyon Park Primary School. As well as being an Executive Headteacher, He is an Ofsted Inspector, Lead Professional Coach and governor at a High School. Rob's achievements include turning around underperforming schools, successfully amalgamating and federating schools, building effective senior management teams and supporting other executive leaders.

• Sally Newing
  Headteacher - The Mount Stewart Schools Federation
  Sally Newing

  Sally is Headteacher of Mount Stewart Schools Federation, with over 26 years' experience in education. Since 2018, she has led the Federation to continued success, achieving Good Ofsted judgements, the Early Years Gold Award and Gold Rights Respecting Schools Accreditation. As a Director of BSP and lead of the Wembley Headteachers' Cluster, Sally champions collaborative school improvement and leadership development. She also leads the Mount Stewart Early Years Stronger Practice Hub, supporting educators across Greater London. Passionate about developing future leaders, Sally coaches senior leaders and is committed to improving outcomes for every child through collaboration and evidence-informed practice.

• Reena Shah
  Headteacher - Kingsbury Green Primary School
  Reena Shah

  Reena is an experienced Headteacher with 28 years in education, including over 15 years in senior leadership. Before becoming a Headteacher, she worked as a Teaching and Learning Consultant, supporting schools to strengthen classroom practice, improve teaching and learning, and drive sustainable school improvement. She is passionate about high-quality professional development and believes that investing in people is fundamental to successful schools. I enjoy developing teachers, nurturing future leaders and creating collaborative cultures where staff are supported to grow. By empowering educators with the confidence and skills to lead effectively, she strives to make a lasting difference to pupils, schools and the wider community.
